Dust removal system

We have tested the following extraction systems for our milling machines. The extractors are compatible with either the Mafell FM1000 or the 300W milling spindle.

Chip extraction

The extraction system for the Mafell FM 1000 milling spindle is designed for the extraction of wood dust and fine chips. The milling spindle is designed for a 60mm suction hose.

    Dust extraction

    The extraction system for the Mafell FM1000 was developed to extract the milling dust. Chips are not normally extracted. The suction system is designed for the standard vacuum cleaner hose with an inner diameter of 32mm.
